What Happens Here:

Team-like coordination between the Owner, architect, the general contractor, and building trades to bring about a seamless integration of our designer plans inside the larger construction project. A continual commitment to follow-through and timely, clear communications are eminently powerful predictors of a smooth project process and on-time completion.

Insight:

Because the very nature of building a home theater, listening room, interactive gaming getaway, and a multi-use space/area is an upscale building trade process all contract stakeholders and namely, the build-out team, will need timely answers. Access to domain experts in particular facets of the build-out is necessary, too. Coordination and communication, as a team, with the Owner, architect and other contributors is the best insurance to keeping a project on-time, on-budget, and within the building codes of the local public works department.
